ARCADIA GROUP FASHION RETAIL ACADEMY

 

This project was the refurbishment of a 7 storey insitu concrete frame structure into a Retail Academy for a high profile client.

 

The project involved the removal of part of the first floor to form a two storey Lecture theatre, the removal of the ground and first floor at the entrance to provide a three storey atrium entrance foyer. Within the atrium area 2 existing columns were removed up to the underside of second floor to make way for a feature staircase. Also above the two storey theatre area, a single bay mezzanine floor was constructed.

This project involved the construction of a new build accommodation as a first phase providing, Learning Resource Centre, Student Shop & Cafeteria, Suite of Art and Design Studios, Language Laboratory, General Teaching Facilities and Staff Administration Facilities.

 

The Construction was completed on time and on budget.

CROYDON COLLEGE CATERING AND HAIR AND BEAUTY REFURBISHMENT

 

This project involved the refurbishment of the College’s Hair and Beauty Facilities as well as their Catering and Hospitality facility.

MERTON COLLEGE REDEVLOPMENT PHASE 2

 

This project involved the construction of a 3 storey New build teaching facility providing an IT Study Suite, learning resource centre and IT cafe, as part of a 9 Phase Merton College Refurbishment Masterplan.

CAPEL MANOR COLLEGE – THE DUCHESS OF DEVONSHIRE PAVILLION

 

This project involved the construction of a new two storey structure and the refurbishment of existing buildings, providing a new learning resource centre, lecture theatres, teaching accommodation and staff accommodation.

It also included the provision of a new entrance linking the new building to existing accommodation.

The new build comprises of a steel framed structure with a curved, profiled steel metal roof and was opened in July 2000 on time and on budget.

   

EAST BERKSHIRE COLLEGE WINDSOR CAMPUS

 

3 Storey New build project providing facilities especially designed to support a range of courses, from media studies to modern languages. Designed to blend in with the surrounding conservation area, which features residential housing and local businesses. The new building includes shop fronts to showcase students' work and a gallery area, and also includes the latest technology, such as wireless internet access and interactive SMART boards in classrooms.
