Since The Hambleton Partnership was first established, it has developed its extensive knowledge of building refurbishment.  The practice has worked on numerous inner city sites, providing structural surveys, feasibility reports and appraisals of existing buildings.  We can offer specialist design advice, detailed structural solutions and value engineering services.

The practice has recently completed the refurbishment of a 7-storey office block for the Arcadia Group in London.  A successful £m project, this conversion to a Fashion and Design College involved major structural alterations.
